About the Role
- Ensure compliance with ethical and data protection policies, updating them with local legislation.
- Provide ongoing support for GDPR v2 project implementation and daily data privacy tasks.
- Foster ethical compliance culture through communication campaigns and participation in forums.
- Act as the main point of contact for data protection matters with various stakeholders.
- Coordinate responses to data protection events and maintain records.
- Support local teams with data protection impact assessments and privacy standards.
- Manage daily ethical compliance tasks and support policy implementation.
- Drive knowledge sharing and training locally.
- Collaborate across functions to integrate activities.
- Report to local senior counsel with a dotted line to the Group Data Privacy Officer.
- Legal background, ideally holding a LLM degree.
- Experience in data privacy and compliance.
- Understanding of EU and local data protection laws.
- 3-5 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) is recommended.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Working proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
