About the Role

• Ensure compliance with ethical and data protection policies, updating them with local legislation.
• Provide ongoing support for GDPR v2 project implementation and daily data privacy tasks.
• Foster ethical compliance culture through communication campaigns and participation in forums.
• Act as the main point of contact for data protection matters with various stakeholders.
• Coordinate responses to data protection events and maintain records.
• Support local teams with data protection impact assessments and privacy standards.
• Manage daily ethical compliance tasks and support policy implementation.
• Drive knowledge sharing and training locally.
• Collaborate across functions to integrate activities.
• Report to local senior counsel with a dotted line to the Group Data Privacy Officer.

• Legal background, ideally holding a LLM degree.
• Experience in data privacy and compliance.
• Understanding of EU and local data protection laws.
• 3-5 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) is recommended.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Working proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
