You'll represent the organization in tender proceedings and support commercial initiatives legally.
Staying updated on regulatory changes will be key, as will mentoring junior staff on life sciences and data privacy laws.
You will also analyze industry trends to proactively address legal implications.

Who You Are
You hold a law degree and have proven experience in regulations and data privacy issues, preferably in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or related sectors.
Essential experience as a business partner working in the legal field, focusing on private and public contracts, as well as bidding processes.
You are able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment and are duly registered with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
Familiarity with multinational legal cultures and a strategic mindset are crucial.
You possess strong communication skills and can effectively implement and promote a comprehensive Data Privacy program.
Proficiency in English is required, and Spanish is a plus.
