Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?

Reporting directly to the Data Protection Officer, the Data Protection Analyst is working within the Data Protection Function concerning all data protection activities and initiatives.Ā 

Ā 

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Drafting/updating GDPR procedures and guidance notes,
  • Review, update or creation of agreements with appropriate data protection clauses,
  • Collecting management information for the production of data protection key risk indicators,
  • Developing generic and department-specific data protection trainings,
  • Providing support with the execution of the annual Data Protection Plan,
  • Providing support with data protection controls,
  • Advising Data Protection Champions in day-to-day activities related to data protection such as data protection clauses in contracts and agreements, privacy notices and update of their processing activities,
  • Encoding of the RoPAs Processing within the internal tool,
  • Verification of all outstanding contracts where LIA is a Processor,
  • Management of the RoPA Processor,
  • Documenting compliance with the processes performed as a Processor,
  • Management of data protection assessments (DPIAs, TIAs, LIAs, etc),
  • Follow up on mitigation actions to be implemented following assessments performed,
  • Carry out regular ā€œPersonal Data breach testā€ to train employees,
  • Support the data protection department in any necessary tasks to be performed, etc.


Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Data Protection Analyst?

  • Master Degree in data protection law, IP/IT law, or other law degree,
  • At least 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role,
  • Strong communication skills - strong verbal and written proficiency in English is essential. German and/or French and/or Spanish would be considered an asset.
  • You are autonomous, with delivery focus, hands-on approach and able to work in an international environment,
  • Passionate by data protection and problem-solving oriented,
  • Ability to cope with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment,
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of initiative, planning and organizational skills,
  • Proficieny in MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
