We are seeking enthusiastic & technically savvy professionals to support the current team with the execution and management of engagements in our current and future Client portfolio.
- Privacy and Information security experience with a focus on GDPR, CCPA, PECR and any other Data Privacy regulations across the globe.
- Experience in OneTrust privacy modules implementation
- Oversee/Execute client engagements, leading project teams to deliver strategic solutions, manage client relationships, and ensure project success
- Project planning and execution, team leadership, stakeholder communication, resource management, and driving client value.
- Managing interactions with onshore engagements teams and clients
- Advise clients on compliance with data protection laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant global privacy regulations.
- Provide strategic guidance on privacy policies, procedures, and frameworks to help clients achieve compliance and mitigate risks.
- Participate in the designing, implementing, enforcing and maintaining Privacy strategy, including policies, procedures, and controls.
- Experience in data inventory and RPAs
- Providing resolutions by developing effective Data Privacy solutions
- Identify technological opportunities and evaluate the Information Security and Privacy impacts on the client's business
- Perform second-level quality reviews of the reports written by peers/ junior resources.
- Contribute to business development efforts by preparing proposals, bid submissions, and pitches for new business.
- 12+ years of Information Security and Privacy experience, with a focus on GDPR, CCPA, and any other Data Privacy regulations across the globe.
- Familiarity with and demonstrated experience assessing against the BS ISO/ NIST and Regulations like HIPAA/ GDPR/ PECR/ CCPA/ IT Act/ Personal Data Protection Bill and any other Data Privacy regulations across the globe.
- Broad understanding of Information Security and Data Privacy trends, services, and disciplines and experience applying them in dynamic environments.
- Privacy Tools involving OneTrust, Appian, BigID, TrustArc, Dataguise, Collibra, Archer etc.
- Good to have experience in the following areas related data protection:
- Data Discovery of structured/unstructured data
- Data Classification and Labelling
- Data Security cryptographic controls
- Data Loss Prevention
- Experience with PowerShell command-line scripting is a plus
- Self-motivated with a strong will to learn and grow with changing cloud and AI technologies
Soft Skills:
- Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and convey them in clear, actionable advice.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with diverse client bases.
