Data Privacy Associate (Multiple Locations)

Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Data Privacy Associate with three to eight years of experience to join its growing and dynamic privacy practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a nationally recognized team advising on complex and evolving privacy laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

At least three to eight years of data privacy experience, either in private practice or as in-house counsel.

Deep understanding of U.S. and global privacy frameworks, including GDPR and CCPA.

Experience drafting privacy policies, data processing agreements, transfer impact assessments, and DPIAs is highly preferred.

Familiarity with ad tech compliance is a plus.

CIPP/US or CIPM certification is strongly preferred.

Candidate Requirements:

Excellent academic credentials and strong legal writing, analytical, and negotiating skills.

Ability to manage multiple complex matters and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.

Demonstrated sound judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Must be admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction of the office applied to, or willing to obtain admission promptly.
